Principles of the practice

Since the beginning of time people in every part of the world have recognized the need to eliminate vices and educate virtue following the laws of life. Man has thus created a path that from the external world has led him to take an interest in his internal world, the place, his centre of existence.
Contemporary man has become aware of ‘Being’ and has set himself the task of researching the tools with which he can pass from discomfort to well-being by means of self-knowledge in relation to the world.

The Dynamic Psychotherapy Centre has constructed a method: 1) to help one to treat the sources of one’s suffering; 2) to develop a personality capable of living out one’s everyday existence; 3) to fulfil one’s potential.
The basic working concepts on which the method is based are:

1) Man is a Body-Psyche-Culture unit and every expression is a partial expression of the whole. The parts are arranged according to a circulation in which, whatever the departure point is always concerned with and involving the other parts.

2) Self-knowledge recognizes two phases: In the first, one has the immersion of the experience of the internal world of the Person, subjective and unpredictable (Self-consciousness). In the second, one gives his own significance to the experience (Awareness of oneself). ‘The sense’ springs from the experience perceived by means of the analytical-creative ‘elaboration’ like the incandescence of coal that comes from its own combustion.

3) The Separation ( Distinction ) between the Internal World and the External world discovered by Maya Liebl is the starting point for the development of being a ‘Thinking Person’ through the education of ‘sensation’ and of ‘feeling’. Man knows and explores his experience giving hearing and voice to the internal world and he relates in an authentic way without conflicting with the external world.

4) The education of the interior psyche route: Fact → Emotion → Perception → Elaboration → thought. Emotion is considered a psychosomatic sign representing the nature of man that from the interior puts itself in relation to the environment and it can give him a right way in his action.

5) The education of the interior psyche route of Maya Liebl: Fact → Sensation →Conscience → Thought. It allows fulfilment of the awareness of one self.

6) The education of the exterior psyche route: Observation → Analysis → Plan →Action. It develops knowledge of reality in the external world where man fulfils a Conscious action .

7) The development of the attitude of ‘Let it happen’ is a state of conscience that favours contact with the interior world that one generates by oneself and that reveals itself in the conscience.

8) The Self-Fulfilment of oneself. The Person acquires the Method by which he can know himself with the coming of every day, personalize the existential values and formulate his own conception of life.

9) The formation of the development of the ‘Capacity of Mediation’. One regards the self in the meeting with the other conserving one’s own identity so transforming itself in a new identity.
